Pricing
We believe in honest, transparent pricing for repairs. We are experiencing rapid inflation and parts are becoming more expensive by the day. Add in supply chain issues and techs having to spend inordinate amounts of time to find needed parts in stock in a timely manner, and it is as stressful for us as it is for you. Please rest assured that we are trying to price quality parts at a reasonable price.
Service Call Fee and Mileage
Our service call fee is $150 and covers a 40-mile radius from the park we are staying in at the time of service. We are willing to travel further for an additional $2 per mile. Mileage may be negotiable on larger jobs.
Customers staying in the same park as we are do NOT pay a service call fee for non-warranty work.
After hours non emergency calls may be taken at our discretion. Emergency calls are considered to be no heat in freezing temps, no AC in dangerous heat, or no power whatsoever.
Hourly Fee
Our hourly fee is $175 per hour with a 1-hour minimum. After the first hour, time is billed in 15-minute increments.
Warranty and Insurance Work
We must be notified at time of scheduling that work is being performed under warranty, which company you are hoping to use, and any information we need to begin your claim. If we are not notified up front, we are happy to do the work and provide documentation for reimbursement but payment will be expected at time of service.
Likewise, we need to know at time of scheduling that the job is an insurance claim. We are happy to write up an estimate for insurance to their requirements including pictures and videos as necessary. Our insurance quotes are $500. If we the quote is approved and we get the job, the $500 will be applied to your deductible. If the RV is totaled, we keep the fee to compensate us for the time and effort involved in evaluating the damage, finding and pricing parts, and writing up the estimate as well as communicating with the insurance company.
Payment Methods
We accept cash or credit/debit card through Square. Square accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay International as well as Google Pay or Apple Pay. We will have a payment link on the invoice we send you via email.
We do not take checks as the mobile nature of our work and our clients makes this risky for all involved.
At time of service once you are satisfied with the work performed, we will email an invoice for all work completed and collect signature and payment electronically. If you need to pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay we have a contactless reader available.
Safe Working Environment Policy
We treat our customers with professional courtesy and respect, and we expect the same in return from our customers. We understand that needing repairs is stressful, but open communication is essential. We reserve the right to refuse or stop service for verbal abuse including but not limited to excessive profanity directed at one of our team members. We stand behind our staff and believe a safe, respectful working environment is best for all involved.
